  • Thalu- Wild Colocasia Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Takara- Cassia Tora Sickle Pod 1/4 cups

  • Thazhuthama - Spreading Hogweed 1/4 cups

  • Mathan Ila- Pumpkin Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Payar Ila - Cow Pea Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Chena Ila- Elphant Yam Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Chembu Ila- Colocasia Leaves Small Ones 1/4 cups

  • Pacha Cheera- Green Spinach 1/4 cups

  • Koovalam- Ivy Gourd Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Grated Coconut 1 cups

  • Choriyanam- Tragia Involucrate (With Reddish Stem) 1/4 cups

  • Shallots Chopped 1/4 cups

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Raw Rice 1 tsp

  • Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Grind coconut, jeera in a mixie and keep aside.

    In a pan , splutter jeera, raw rice and mustard seeds .

    add chopped shallots, saute for a minute. now add all finely chopped tender greens , add coconut mix saute

  • 04

    let it cook and drain excess water (all together it takes less than 5 minutes).
