Take a pan , add 1 tbsp oil and fry bhindi till the color changes and it gets crisp.
Mean time, in another pan, temper cumin seeds , fry the add chopped onions with sugar .
Add chopped tomatoes, salt and saute till them turns mushy.
Add spice powders, fried okra/bhindi
saute and 3 tbsp water, mix well till the water drains out.it may take about 3 minutes.
Its ready. Have it with rice or chapati.
