Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Prawns cleaned 300 gms

  • Shallots 50 gms

  • chopped onions 1 nos

  • Grated Ginger 3 tbsp

  • Garlic,chopped 1 tbsp

  • Curry leaves 2 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Shallow fry prawns for 3 minutes under low flame.

  • 02

    Strain them and keep aside.

  • 03

    Saute the remaining chopped onion,shallots, ginger,garlic and curry leaves ,add salt and turmeric and pepper, saute till golden brown color ,add prawns and saute for a minute more.

  • 04

    Flame off and keep for 5 more minutes.

    Prawns Pepper Ginger Fry Ready.
