Ripe Banana 3 nos
Eggs 4 nos
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cashewnuts 20 nos
Raisins 20 nos
Peel out the outer skin of banana and cut it into small square shaped cubes.
Take a pan, add ghee and fry bananas , strain ghee, and keep aside.
In the same pan with remaining ghee, fry raisins and cashews separately.
In a bowl, add eggs, cardamom powder and sugar. Whisk very well. Can use a blender as well.
Add fried bananas into this mixture , mix well.
Add 1 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker or a deep bottom non stick pan with lid.
pour the banana egg mixture to it, spread the cashew raisin mix over the banana mix.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker without the weight , or cover the lid of the non stick pan.
Cook in a low flame till the steam comes through the nozzle or around 15- 20 minutes.
insert a tooth pick to ensure it comes out clean.
Once its cooled, take off the kaypola from the pan, slice it and serve.
