Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos egg


  • 2 nos onion,chopped


  • 1 nos tomato,big finely chopped


  • 3 nos green chillies,chopped


  • 2 tbsp grated ginger


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp urad dal


  • 2 nos dried red chilly


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp carrot,grated


  • 3 tbsp cabbage ,grated


  • 2 tbsp broccoli grated(apart from this basic mix, you can also add these veggies to it to make same recipe with diff taste.can experiment with any of your choice. kids love to have it and wont recognise the veggies in it.)

Directions

  • Take pan, add oil.
  • crackle mustard, urad and dried chilli
  • Add onions, ginger and green chillies, saute well.( All additional veggies except tomato can be added here)
  • Add all powders: Chilli,turmeric,coriander and garam masala.Saute
  • add chopped tomatoes. Saute and let the oil get seperated.
  • Add eggs, scramble very well.
  • Over over. Its ready.
  • Try it out.
