Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Egg 3 nos

  • Onion,chopped 2 nos

  • Tomato,big finely chopped 1 nos

  • Green chillies,chopped 3 nos

  • Grated ginger 2 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Urad Dal 1/2 tsp

  • Dried Red Chilly 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chili powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Carrot,grated 2 tbsp

  • Cabbage ,grated 3 tbsp

  • Broccoli grated(Apart from this basic mix, You can also add these veggies to it to make same recipe with diff taste.can experiment with any of your choice. Kids love to have it and wont recognise the veggies in it.) 2 tbsp

Directions

    Take pan, add oil.

    crackle mustard, urad and dried chilli

  • 03

    Add onions, ginger and green chillies, saute well.( All additional veggies except tomato can be added here)

    Add all powders: Chilli,turmeric,coriander and garam masala.Saute

    add chopped tomatoes. Saute and let the oil get seperated.

    Add eggs, scramble very well.

  • 07

    Over over. Its ready.
