Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter(Dosa batter is prepared by soaking 3 cups of raw rice and 1 cup of urad dal for 4 hours , grind it and has to kept over night.) 3 cups

  • Onion finely chopped 1 cups

  • Ginger,grated 3 tbsp

  • Green chilly,chopped 2 tbsp

  • Gingelly Oil(gingelly oil gives the right flavour while toasting dosas.) 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

    mix onion, ginger and chilly to the batter

    Combine very well

    Take batter in a tawa and make dosas. Let it be little thick. cover it with a lid

    that bubble tells you its time to flip it

    flip dosa and let it be there for 10 seconds
