Creamy Potato Salad

Boil unpeeled potatoes on medium heat, remove water, cool completely and dice it

Stir together the dressing ingredient and refrigerate. mix it immediately before serve.

Combine all prepared ingredients in a large salad bowl: diced potatoes , cucumbers, chopped onions and celery stalks.

Mix gently and add dressing .

Garnish with dried basil and extra pepper cracks.
