Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 300 gms rice flour


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 50 gms coconut


  • 100 ml coconut milk


  • 4 nos shallots


  • 4 nos dry chilly


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tbsp urad dal


  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  • Boil water with salt and mix the rice powder slowly to make the dough.
  • Let it cool a bit, so that you can knead the dough thoroughly with hand.
  • Take a small ball of dough one by one and press it with the center palm to make the shape of small idlis/ Pathal.
