Ingredients

  • Rice Flour 300 gms

  • Salt 1/2 tbsp

  • Coconut 50 gms

  • Coconut Milk 100 ml

  • Shallots 4 nos

  • Dry Chilly 4 nos

  • Curry Leaves 2 nos

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Urad Dal 1/2 tbsp

  • Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boil water with salt and mix the rice powder slowly to make the dough.

    Let it cool a bit, so that you can knead the dough thoroughly with hand.

  • 03

    Take a small ball of dough one by one and press it with the center palm to make the shape of small idlis/ Pathal.
