We are creative in making your salad colorful, tasty, crunchy, balanced, appealing to eat and obviously healthy. 3.Starting your meals with a bowl of salad will help you attain weight loss.because salads are low in calories. 4. High in fiber and rich in other nutrients. 5. To balance it to a whole meal, we add paneer, sprouts, nuts and pasta to it. 6. We add Olive /Canola oil as dressing is for better absorption of vitamins like A, D, E, K which requires fat to get absorbed in our body. 7. We also take care in adding the medicinal herbs like basil, garlic, lemon juice or parsley to the salad for that strong punch of flavor and loads of disease-fighting antioxidants. 8. Carrots, cucumbers, different colored peppers, broccoli, Lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, spinach etc are our favorite veggies.

Chinese Cabbage 200 gms
Red Cabbage 200 gms
carrot 1 nos
Red Capsicum,finely chopped half slice 1 nos
Yellow Capsicum,finely chopped half slice 1 nos
Red onions 2 nos
Celery finely chopped slice 1 nos
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp
Orange Juice 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Pepper Crush 1 tbsp
Mustard Paste 1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Combine all veggies thinly sliced in a large bowl.
For dressing, Whisk all ingredients one by one ( starts with vinegar And oil at the end)
Add dressing to the veggie bowl and toss.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
