Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups brocoli


  • 2 nos carrot finely chopped


  • 1 nos cabbage slice, finely chopped


  • 1 nos onion,finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato,finely chopped


  • 1 nos green chilly,finely chopped


  • 1 ounces ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tbsp chili powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 5-6 nos curry leaves


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Take pan, pour oil, splutter mustard seeds,
  • Add the onion first, followed by other veggies grated except tomato then saute it together.
  • Add all powders, saute again and add tomatoes when the raw smell of powders are gone.
  • After 3 minutes add 3 Eggs, scramble well.... let everything mix very well.
  • Can add coriander leaves ( optional).
  • Best served hot with chapatis
