Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Brocoli 1 cups

  • Carrot finely chopped 2 nos

  • Cabbage Slice, finely chopped 1 nos

  • Onion,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Tomato,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Green Chilly,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ounces

  • Chili Powder 1/4 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Mustard 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 5-6 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Take pan, pour oil, splutter mustard seeds,

    Add the onion first, followed by other veggies grated except tomato then saute it together.

    Add all powders, saute again and add tomatoes when the raw smell of powders are gone.

    After 3 minutes add 3 Eggs, scramble well.... let everything mix very well.

    Can add coriander leaves ( optional).

    Best served hot with chapatis
