Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Cooked brown rice 1 cups

  • Gingelly oil 1 tbsp

  • Shallots 100 gms

  • Spinach 150 gms

  • Fenugreek 2-3 nos

  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take pan

    Add gingelly oil

  • 03

    Add splutter fenugreek, saute chopped shallots and garlic for 2 minutes in medium flame.

    Add chopped spinach, turmeric, and salt

  • 05

    Add cooked rice to it. Mix very well, Pour the lemon juice, Off the flame, Serve hot.
