Ingredients

  • 1 cups cooked brown rice


  • 1 tbsp gingelly oil


  • 100 gms shallots


  • 150 gms spinach


  • 2-3 nos fenugreek


  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped


  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Take pan
  • Add gingelly oil
  • Add splutter fenugreek, saute chopped shallots and garlic for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  • Add chopped spinach, turmeric, and salt
  • Add cooked rice to it. Mix very well, Pour the lemon juice, Off the flame, Serve hot.
