Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Brown Bread slice 4 nos

  • Parboiled and Finely Chopped Carrots 1 1/2 cups

  • Boiled and slightly mashed Green Peas 1/4 cups

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies 1/4 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Salt- to taste 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

    When the seeds start to crackle add green chillies, carrots, green peas and salt.

  • 03

    Stir the combination and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Spread this mixture on the 2 bread slices accordingly and cover it with remaining blood slices.

    Cut it into two and you can top it with sauce before tasting.

What about mayonnaise or other sandwich sauce? Is it advisable to try the above variety along with the recipe?

Re write step four.... Im sure u dont want to cover with "blood slices"
