  • 2 nos egg whites


  • 2 nos whole wheat tortillas


  • 1/4 cups fat free cheese


  • 1/4 cups canned beans(rinsed)


  • 1 nos vegetable cooking spray


  • 1 tsp salsa,to taste

Directions

  • Spray the vegetable cooking spray into a frying pan.
  • Scramble the egg whites in the pan and cook to the right temperature.
  • Place the cooked eggs on tortillas and sprinkle cheese on them.
  • Spread the beans over the cheese and eggs and roll each tortilla.
  • Microwave for about 30-40 seconds and top off with some salsa.
