  • Egg Whites 2 nos

  • Whole Wheat Tortillas 2 nos

  • Fat Free Cheese 1/4 cups

  • Canned Beans(rinsed) 1/4 cups

  • Vegetable Cooking Spray 1 nos

  • Salsa,to taste 1 tsp

    Spray the vegetable cooking spray into a frying pan.

  • 02

    Scramble the egg whites in the pan and cook to the right temperature.

  • 03

    Place the cooked eggs on tortillas and sprinkle cheese on them.

  • 04

    Spread the beans over the cheese and eggs and roll each tortilla.

  • 05

    Microwave for about 30-40 seconds and top off with some salsa.
