Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Jaggery 1/2 cups

  • Cashew 1 tbsp

  • Raisins 1 tbsp

  • Almonds 1 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 tsp

Directions

    Melt jaggery

  • 02

    Add little ghee in it

  • 03

    Stir continuously

  • 04

    Chop all the dryfruits

  • 05

    Now when jaggery gets thickened up add all the chopped dry fruits mix well

  • 06

    Grease a plastic sheet with a little ghee

  • 07

    Spread the chikki over it smoothly

  • 08

    Cut the pieces as desired
