Chia seeds 4 tbsp
Almonds 10 nos
Cashews 10 nos
Raisins 10-15 nos
Pista 6 nos
Apple 1 nos
Strawberries 4-5 nos
Orange 1 nos
Sapota 2 nos
Pomegranate 1 nos
Banana 1 nos
Low fat milk 200 ml
Directions
Soak chiaseeds in lowfat milk overnight placing in a refrigerator
Dry roast the nuts and chop them into small pieces
Cut the fruits into small pieces
You can either mix the fruits and nuts together or keep them separate
In a Mason jar or tall glass add the nuts first
Add fruits next
Add a tablespoon of soaked chiaseeds.
Repeat the layers.
Finally garnish with the fruits and dry fruits.
