Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds


  • 10 nos almonds


  • 10 nos cashews


  • 10-15 nos raisins


  • 6 nos pista


  • 1 nos apple


  • 4-5 nos strawberries


  • 1 nos orange


  • 2 nos sapota


  • 1 nos pomegranate


  • 1 nos banana


  • 200 ml low fat milk

Directions

  • Soak chiaseeds in lowfat milk overnight placing in a refrigerator
  • Dry roast the nuts and chop them into small pieces
  • Cut the fruits into small pieces
  • You can either mix the fruits and nuts together or keep them separate
  • In a Mason jar or tall glass add the nuts first
  • Add fruits next
  • Add a tablespoon of soaked chiaseeds.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • Finally garnish with the fruits and dry fruits.
