Ingredients

  • For dosa better -Wheat flour (genhu ka aata) 1/2 bowls

  • Suji (rava) 1/4 bowls

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1/4 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch

  • Green chili and ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 3-4 nos

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • For Stuffing-Chat masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt as per toy taste 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    For stuffing - Sabhi ingredients ko ek bowl acche se mix kar le aur side mein rakh de.

    Sabhi ingredients ko ek bowl mein dale fir water dal kar acche se mix karein aur Dose jaisa better bana le. (batter thick nahi hona chahiye nahi to dosa failega nahi).

    Gas par nonstick tava rakhe and gas on karein, tava garam ho jaye fir batter ko tave par pour karein fir circular motion mein patala failaye jis tarah dosa failate hai

    Fir oil upar se circular motion mein dale. Medium and high flame par seke fir dusari taraf palat kar sake. Crispy ho jaye fir stuffing dale. dose ko fold karein.isi tarah baki dose bana le aur gas off kar de. Lo two minutes mein dosa

    Souce green, chatani and nariyal ki chatani ke saath serve karein.
