Heat the milk in a saucepan and when it starts to boil add the rinsed quinoa and resuce the heat to simmer. close the lid and keep it for 12 to 15 mins ( until majority of the milk is absorbed.)
add the nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and cook for another 5 to 8 mins ( until milk is completely absorbed)
Turn of the heat qnd bring the quinoa to room temperature ( or let it cool for some time)
Add honey to quinoa and mix well.
serve the quinoa in a bowl and top up with the cut fruits. pour additional honey on top of the fruits.
