Ingredients
Serves 2
rinsed tricolor quinoa 1 cups
Milk 2 cups
cardamom powder 1/8 tsp
nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
honey( add more if you like) 2 tbsp
banana - cut in round shape 1 cups
kiwi - cut into semi circular shape 1 cups
strawberry sliced 1 cups
Directions
Heat the milk in a saucepan and when it starts to boil add the rinsed quinoa and resuce the heat to simmer. close the lid and keep it for 12 to 15 mins ( until majority of the milk is absorbed.)
add the nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and cook for another 5 to 8 mins ( until milk is completely absorbed)
Turn of the heat qnd bring the quinoa to room temperature ( or let it cool for some time)
Add honey to quinoa and mix well.
serve the quinoa in a bowl and top up with the cut fruits. pour additional honey on top of the fruits.
