Ingredients

Serves 2

  • rinsed tricolor quinoa 1 cups

  • Milk 2 cups

  • cardamom powder 1/8 tsp

  • nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp

  • honey( add more if you like) 2 tbsp

  • banana - cut in round shape 1 cups

  • kiwi - cut into semi circular shape 1 cups

  • strawberry sliced 1 cups

    Heat the milk in a saucepan and when it starts to boil add the rinsed quinoa and resuce the heat to simmer. close the lid and keep it for 12 to 15 mins ( until majority of the milk is absorbed.)

    add the nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and cook for another 5 to 8 mins ( until milk is completely absorbed)

  • 03

    Turn of the heat qnd bring the quinoa to room temperature ( or let it cool for some time)

    Add honey to quinoa and mix well.

  • 05

    serve the quinoa in a bowl and top up with the cut fruits. pour additional honey on top of the fruits.
