Grind brown rice to flour or alternatively use brown rice flour
Mix ragi and rice flour. Add hot water mixed with salt to flour. Mix with spoon. Once it cools slightly, knead dough. It should be smooth dough
In pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds allow to crackle. Add urad dal, stir until golden brown
Add onions, chilly, curry leaves, saute until onion is translucent
Now add beans, carrots, stir for few minutes. Add broccoli and peas. Mix well. Add little water. Cover and cook until tender
Meanwhile boil water in idli cooker and lightly grease idli pan
Add prepared veggies to dough. Knead again. Make small balls and shape it like rolls or any other desired shape
Place them on idli pan, steam for 5-6 minutes until Ragi is completely moist and dark in colour
