Ingredients

Serves 3

  • multigrain or regular oats 1 1/4 cups

  • broccoli florets 1/2 cups

  • soya granules 1/4 cups

  • salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • curry leaves 4-5 nos

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • green chillies chopped 3-4 nos

  • roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • minced garlic 1/2 tsp

  • minced ginger 1/2 tsp

  • olive or canola oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Chop broccoli finely, keep it aside

  • 02

    Dry roast oata and grind to fine flour. Alternatively you can directly use oats flour and roast it

    In a pan, heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves,onions. Saute until onions are translucent and raw garlic aroma goes away

    Add cumin, salt and turmeric. Mix well

    Soya should be boiled as per packet

    Add soya, broccoli and saute for 2 minutes. Switch off. Add to oats flour. Mix well. Add salt and water as required to knead dough

    Boil water in idli cooker, grease idli pan. Make small oats balls, flatten it and place on greased idli pan. Steam on medium heat for 10-13 minutes. Serve hot with chutney
