Boil de skinned chopped pumpkin along with the peas, onion and garlic for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Blend boiled vegetables in a blender. Add boiled milk to it and salt to taste.
Sprinkle freshly ground pepper powder and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it with any homemade breads.
Healthy oil free pumpkin peas soup is ready with any homemade breads (I prefer homemade breads. I served homemade French Baguette along with this soup).
I used whole milk.Fat free milk also can be used according to each individual's taste.
