Ingredients

1 cups cracked wheat
2 cups water
2 nos mushrooms sliced
1/4 cups broccoli
1/4 cups bell pepper
1/4 cups carrot
1 nos garlic clove
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Cook the cracked wheat with 2 cups of water
In the meanwhile take a pan and add some oil
Once the oil is heated add the chopped garlic
Now add the chopped veggies one by one and sauté it on high flame
After 5 minutes add salt and pepper and toss it
The stir fried veggies are ready, you can pair it with our cooked cracked wheat
Or else you can toss the veggies and cracked wheat together and serve it like upma also
