Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Oats 2 cups

  • Boiled mashed potato 1/2 cups

  • Grated carrot 1 1/2 cups

  • Grated beetroot 1 cups

  • Corn 1/2 cups

  • Ginger garlic crush 1 tbsp

  • Peri peri masala 2 tsp

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • chopped green chillies 1 tsp

  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp

  • Maida 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil for fry 2 cups

  • Bigger skewer 10-12 nos

Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients except 1 cup oats and maida

  • 02

    2. Mix well and make a soft dough

  • 03

    3. Make small size balls out of the vegetables dough

  • 04

    4. Take maida and water ,make a medium thick batter

  • 05

    5. Dip one by one ball into the batter and coat with oats

  • 06

    6. Stick skewer to each oats coated balls

    7. Heat oil and deep fry the balls at high flame

    8. Fry till golden brown

  • 09

    9. Take out from the Kadhai on the pepper towel ,so that extra oil to absorb.

    10. Serve hot with sauce.
