Take big bowl.
Put the flour and besan in it
Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and hing in it..
Now add curd in it.
Now knead it..
Put the dough aside .
Till then prepare for the stuffing.
Mash the potatoes
In the potatoes add chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped green chillli.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing and chaat masala
Mix them very well.
Now make the balls of the dough.
Take 1 ball.
Make small roti with the help of roller pin.
Now take 2tbspn of stuffing and stuff into it.
Now slowly slowly makethe roti.
Put it on the heated pan.
Flip it and spread oil on it.
Again flip it.
When it turns brown and gets crispy..
Let get it down on the plate.
Serve hot with white butter, curd and achaar.
You have the option whether you want to have parantha or tandoori roti.
Kneading the dough with curd gets more soft and fluffy.
