Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Wheat flour 1 cups

  • Grind oats 1/2 cups

  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Water 1 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Grated mooli 1 cups

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Chopped green chilly 1 nos

Directions

    In A Kneading Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Except Oil And Knead To Make A Dough. Rest For 15 Mins.

    Take Some Dough And Make Into A Ball. Flatten The Ball Into Thick Round Paratha.

    Take Another Ball And Flatten The Ball Into Thick Round Paratha.

  • 04

    Stuff The Mooli / Raddish Filling And Cover With Another Paratha.

    Grease A Pan With Little Oil And Heat On A Medium Flame.

  • 06

    Oats And Mooli Paratha Is Ready To Eat.
