Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups grind oats


  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups grated mooli


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 nos chopped green chilly

Directions

  • In A Kneading Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Except Oil And Knead To Make A Dough. Rest For 15 Mins.
  • Take Some Dough And Make Into A Ball. Flatten The Ball Into Thick Round Paratha.
  • Take Another Ball And Flatten The Ball Into Thick Round Paratha.
  • Stuff The Mooli / Raddish Filling And Cover With Another Paratha.
  • Grease A Pan With Little Oil And Heat On A Medium Flame.
  • Oats And Mooli Paratha Is Ready To Eat.
