  • Peanuts/groundnuts 1 cups

  • Jaggery (crushed) 1/3 cups


  • 01

    Roast the groundnuts on a medium flame for about 6-7 minutes. Cool them and de-skin the roasted nuts.

    Grind them in a mixer grinder in short pulses, and then add the Jaggery into it.

    Grind it for few seconds more until the ground nuts release the oil. Pour this mixture into a bowl.

  • 04

    Make the LADDUS out of this mixture, the oil released from the nuts will help bind them. Serve and store.
