Oats Crusted Pizza

  • 1 cups oats

  • 2 tbsp mozzarella or cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 3/4 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1/4 cups juliened capscium / bell pepper or toppings as per choice

  • 1/3 cups grated pizza cheese

  • 4 tbsp low fat milk or as required for kneading

  • 2 tsp pizza sauce

  • 1 nos egg

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • Dry roast oats, grind to fine flour with garlic
  • In a bowl, add flour, 2tbsp cheese, salt, oregano, egg and milk. Form dough.add additional milk if its too crumbly
  • Preheat oven to 180. Line baking tray with silicone mat. With wet spoon or hands, shape dough to pizza round or square shape
  • Since it has no baking powder, dough will not rise. Bake for 12 -16 minutes
  • Drizzle olive oil, smear on baked pizza.apply pizza sauce. Add capsicum and bell pepper
  • Sprinkle pizza cheese on top
  • Preheat oven to 180. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts
  • You can add red chili flakes, parsley etc if required
  • Serve hot with sauce or ketchup
