  • chilled ripe banana 1 nos

  • dates 4-5 nos

  • warm low fat milk 1/4 cups

  • cold low fat milk 1/2 cups

  • thick coconut milk 1/4 cups

  • blanched almonds 3-4 nos

Directions

    Deseed and soak dates in warm milk for 30 minutes. do not throw away milk

  • 02

    Blend all ingredients. Serve immediately. Use Almond or soy milk incase of dairy allergy
