Boil water with pinch of salt and turmeric. Add cauliflower florets, cook until 90 percentage done. drain water, allow to cool
Blend and grind florets with 1/4 cup veg stock, cream cheese, pepper, garlic until creamy
Transfer mixture to sauce pan. Add rest of stock, . Stir and bring to boil. Switch off serve hot with carrots. You can add additional seasonings as per taste
