Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cups jowar flour


  • 12-14 nos dates


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 3 tsp ghee


  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  • Deseed and finely chop dates
  • In a pan add 1tsp ghee and fry nuts until golden brown. switch off flame
  • Add chopped dates and water in a pan. Stir well on low to medium heat. Once water is absorbed, dates will be mushy. Keep it aside
  • In a pan , add 1 tsp ghee, roast Jowar flour on low heat until aromatic. Add dates and nuts. Mix well stir for 2 minutes on low heat
  • Allow to slightly cool, smear remaining ghee on hands and start shaping ladoos. Store in airtight container
