Deseed and finely chop dates
In a pan add 1tsp ghee and fry nuts until golden brown. switch off flame
Add chopped dates and water in a pan. Stir well on low to medium heat. Once water is absorbed, dates will be mushy. Keep it aside
In a pan , add 1 tsp ghee, roast Jowar flour on low heat until aromatic. Add dates and nuts. Mix well stir for 2 minutes on low heat
Allow to slightly cool, smear remaining ghee on hands and start shaping ladoos. Store in airtight container
