  • 1 cups kaju (cashew nuts)

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/4 cups water

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp ghee (for greasing)


  • Make coarse powder of the kajus using a mixer grinder. Now make a sugar syrup using the water and sugar (ek taar wali chashni).
  • Add the kaju powder to the chasni ,while stirring continuously on a low flame. Keep stirring till it forms a non sticky dough, add the milk if the dough gets a little dry.
  • Now knead the dough while it is warm to smoothen it. Roll it using a rolling pin and cut them into the diamond shape. Use ghee, on the surface wherever you are rolling the dough.
