First of all wash rice and soak in sufficient water for some time
Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry all chopped dry fruits for some time and keep aside.
In the same pan, now add cloves in to ghee and add rice ,sauté for some time
Now add water and allow it cook covered completely , check in between
Add sugar ,grayed coconut, edible orange colour and fried dry fruits . Mix well everything and cook till sugar dissolves completely
Cook it uncovered and sauté lightly im between
Now its ready to serve , add some more ghee before serving . It tastes equally yum hot or cold
