In a big salad bowl combine chickpeas, romain lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red capsicum, mint leaves, scallions and radishes
For the vinaigrette take lemon juice, garlic, salt, sumac, olive oi, pomegranate molasses (if using) in a small bowl and whisk till well combined.
Mix the vinaigrette into.the salad and toss
Just before serving toss the pita bread pieces into the salad
You may sprinkle some more sumac.
Serve at once and enjoy
