Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1/4cup cashew chopped roughly

  • 1/4cup rasin

  • 1/4 cup walnut chopped roughly

  • 1/4 cup deseed dates chopped roughly

  • Melon seeds 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Water 11/2 cup

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Tamarind pulp juice 2 tbsp

  • Dry ginger powder 2 pinch

Directions

    Place your fry pan add water

  • 02

    Add sugar and bring it to boil

  • 03

    After 5 minutes add dry ginger powder

  • 04

    Then add all chopped dry fruits and dates to the syrup

  • 05

    Then add tamarind pulp

  • 06

    Then add chilli powder

  • 07

    Cook in medium heat till the syrup turn to 1 string consistency

    Now add salt and roasted cumin powder

  • 09

    Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame

  • 10

    Serve once cool and store in air tight container
