Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 bowls oats


  • 1/2 bowls wheat flour


  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds


  • 1/2 bowls sugar powder


  • 1 bowls makhana


  • 2 bowls mixed dry fruits like cashewnuts, walnuts, almonds, dry cherries or kishmish, pistachios and melon seeds.


  • 1 bowls ghee

Directions

  • Take a wok..roast almonds in it.let them cool.now roast all makhanas..let them cool also..roast melon seeds also..then atlast roast sesame seeds..
  • After dry fruits we have to roast oats also..now take a big wok..add some ghee.put wheat floor..keep stirringotherwise it will get burn..on the other side grind almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios , walnuts, melon seeds, and makhanas.keep stirring wheat floor also..after grinding the dryfruits we have to grind oats also...put the grinded oats in the wok..pour all the ghee on it.now keep stirring and mix it well.when it gets brown mix the sugar powder..off the flame..after it gets cool little bit..make it like balls or ladoo.
