Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Chocolate flavour oats 5 tbsp

  • Dates deseed 20 nos

  • Cashew 3 tbsp

  • Walnut 3 tbsp

  • Resins 3 tbsp

  • Poppy seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Melon seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Pistachios 1 nos

Directions

    Coarsely grind cashew, walnut, pistachios and melon seed by giving 2 pulse

    Now grind caorsely date's into paste

  • 03

    Place your frypan and dry roast oats for 1 minute in slow flame and Keep it aside to cool down

    Now add 1/3 of the ghee and roast dry fruits gir 1 minute in slow to medium flame

    Keep it aside

    In the sane pan add another 1/3 ghee and roast resin for 1 minute and keep it aside

    Now take final portion of ghee and saute poppy seeds and date's

  • 08

    For a minute and switch off the gas and allow to cool down little

    In the meantime grind oats into fine power

  • 10

    Now combine everything in a mixing bowl and form a dough

  • 11

    Make ladoos taking small portion of that dough

  • 12

    Size of a goose berry

    To make ladoo in round shape Just roll in between your palms

  • 14

    Now your energetic laddo are ready to serve and cane be stored fir 15days in air tight container
