Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Cashew 3 tbsp

  • Walnut 3 tbsp

  • Rasini 3 tbsp

  • Pistachios 1 tbsp

  • Dates deseed 20 nos

  • Chocolate flavour oats 5 tbsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Poppy seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Melon Seeds 1/2 tbsp

Directions

    Coarsely grind by giving pulse cashew,walnuts,melon seeds n pistachios

    Coarsely grind the dates

  • 03

    Finely cut rasinis

  • 04

    Place your fry pan and saute flavour oats fir a minute

  • 05

    Let it cool down

    In the same fry pan add 1/3 of ghee and roast grinded dry fruits

    For 1 minute in low to medium flame and keep it aside

  • 08

    Take 1/3of the ghee and sauté resins for a minute and keep it aside

  • 09

    Now saute fir 1 minute and keep it aside

    Now add last batch of ghee and add poppy seeds and dates and let it cool down little

    Now grind the cool roasted oats into fine powder

  • 12

    Now combine all ingridents and form a dough

  • 13

    Take small portion size of goose berry and roll it in round shape keeping in between of your both palms

    -Repeat the process with rest of the batch

    Now your healthy dry fruits,dates oats ladoo is ready to serve

    Can be stored in air tight container for 15days
