Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ragi flour 100 gms

  • regular or Multigrain Oats 1/4 cups

  • wheat daliya 1/4 cups

  • Stevia/ Coconut sugar/Low calorie sugar or as per taste 1 tsp

  • salt 1/8 tsp

  • chopped almonds (optional) 4 tbsp

  • canola or olive oil 1 tsp

  • cardamom 1/4 tsp

  • water 1.5 cups

Directions

    Mix ragi flour and salt. Steam for 3-4 minutes

    Heat oil, add daliya and oats. Saute until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water. Do not cover. Allow to thicken. Add Ragi flour, stevia and cardamom with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame

    Now add another 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for few minutes. If its too dry . Add little water.

    Garnish with nuts. This is optional. Serve warm
