Multigrain Dessert

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms ragi flour


  • 1/4 cups regular or multigrain oats


  • 1/4 cups wheat daliya


  • 1 tsp stevia/ coconut sugar/low calorie sugar or as per taste


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 4 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)


  • 1 tsp canola or olive oil


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom


  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  • Mix ragi flour and salt. Steam for 3-4 minutes
  • Heat oil, add daliya and oats. Saute until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water. Do not cover. Allow to thicken. Add Ragi flour, stevia and cardamom with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame
  • Now add another 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for few minutes. If its too dry . Add little water.
  • Garnish with nuts. This is optional. Serve warm
