Ingredients
Serves : 4
100 gms ragi flour
1/4 cups regular or multigrain oats
1/4 cups wheat daliya
1 tsp stevia/ coconut sugar/low calorie sugar or as per taste
1/8 tsp salt
4 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)
1 tsp canola or olive oil
1/4 tsp cardamom
1.5 cups water
Directions
Mix ragi flour and salt. Steam for 3-4 minutes
Heat oil, add daliya and oats. Saute until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water. Do not cover. Allow to thicken. Add Ragi flour, stevia and cardamom with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame
Now add another 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for few minutes. If its too dry . Add little water.
