Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups barley flour


  • 3/4 cups honey


  • 200 ml cream


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  • Sieve dry ingredients, keep it aside
  • In a bowl, beat eggs lightly, add cream and honey. Mix well
  • Slowly add dry ingredients, mix well to avoid lumps
  • Preheat oven to 180
  • Pour batter in muffin moulds or tray . Fill 2/3 level
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until done. Toothpick inserted in centre should be clean. Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm
