in a mixer jar take cashews
grind to smooth powder, sieve and keep aside
now in a non stick pan, boil sugar and water
keep the flame low and keep on stirring to form syrup
when the syrup turns little sticky, add cashew powder
cook until the mixture turns to a dough and starts leaving the sides of pan
switch off the flame and add ghee
mix well and transfer the mixture on to the butter paper
grease your hand with little ghee and knead for 30 seconds
place this dough on the butter paper
then roll the dough with a rolling pin adjusting the thickness as per your choice
now cut into dimond shape and serve or store
