  • 1 cups cashews

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 tsp ghee


  • in a mixer jar take cashews
  • grind to smooth powder, sieve and keep aside
  • now in a non stick pan, boil sugar and water
  • keep the flame low and keep on stirring to form syrup
  • when the syrup turns little sticky, add cashew powder
  • cook until the mixture turns to a dough and starts leaving the sides of pan
  • switch off the flame and add ghee
  • mix well and transfer the mixture on to the butter paper
  • grease your hand with little ghee and knead for 30 seconds
  • place this dough on the butter paper
  • then roll the dough with a rolling pin adjusting the thickness as per your choice
  • now cut into dimond shape and serve or store
