Ingredients

Serves 3

  • desicated coconut 1/2 cups

  • almonds finely chopped 2 nos

  • milkmaid or as required 1 tbsp

  • melted dark chocolate compound 1/2 cups

  • for garnishing: desicted coconut 1 tbsp

  • chopped almonds 1 tbsp

Directions

    in a bowl, add desicated coconut, almonds and milkmaid

  • 02

    mix and prepare a stiff dough

  • 03

    divide the dough into 3 equal parts and make tight round balls

  • 04

    dip the tip of the lolipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into the balls

  • 05

    freeze for about 30 minutes

  • 06

    remove balls from the refrigerator and dil into the melted chocolate until covered

  • 07

    let the excess chocolate drip off

  • 08

    swirl and tap gently if needed

  • 09

    sprinkle chopped almonds and desicated coconut while the chocolate is still wet

  • 10

    it will harden quickly

  • 11

    set in refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve
