  • 1/2 cups desicated coconut

  • 2 nos almonds finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp milkmaid or as required

  • 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate compound

  • 1 tbsp for garnishing: desicted coconut

  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds


  • in a bowl, add desicated coconut, almonds and milkmaid
  • mix and prepare a stiff dough
  • divide the dough into 3 equal parts and make tight round balls
  • dip the tip of the lolipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into the balls
  • freeze for about 30 minutes
  • remove balls from the refrigerator and dil into the melted chocolate until covered
  • let the excess chocolate drip off
  • swirl and tap gently if needed
  • sprinkle chopped almonds and desicated coconut while the chocolate is still wet
  • it will harden quickly
  • set in refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve
