Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Coconut Flour 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Eggs 4 nos

  • Coconut Oil 1/4 cups

  • Honey 1/4 cups

  • Banana 2 nos

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • Chopped Walnuts 1/4 cups

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180c for 10 min.

  • 02

    Combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda

  • 03

    Using a whisk, beat eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey.

  • 04

    Add mashed banana and mix until combined.

  • 05

    Add dry ingredients and mix well.

  • 06

    Stir in walnuts and pour in muffin liners and bake for about 15 min.
