Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 cups coconut flour


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 4 nos eggs


  • 1/4 cups coconut oil


  • 1/4 cups honey


  • 2 nos banana


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/4 cups chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180c for 10 min.
  • Combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda
  • Using a whisk, beat eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey.
  • Add mashed banana and mix until combined.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Stir in walnuts and pour in muffin liners and bake for about 15 min.
