Ingredients

  • masala oats 1 cups

  • curd 1 tsp

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

  • water 1/2 cups

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • chilli chopped 2 nos

Directions

    Powder the oats in a grinder

  • 02

    Take oats powder in a bowl

  • 03

    Add curd,salt chopped onion,chilli

  • 04

    Add little water and keep mixing

  • 05

    Make smooth thick paste

  • 06

    Make paste like uttapam batter

    Heat a pan add teaspoon of oil

  • 08

    Add ladelful of batter and spread evenly into round shape

    Let chilla cook on medium flame

  • 10

    Once it cook in bottom side spread some oil

    And flip the chilla

    Cook other side as well

  • 13

    Once both side is cooked turn off the flame

    Take chilla in serving plate

  • 15

    Serve hot chilla with green chutney.
