Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups masala oats


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 nos chilli chopped

Directions

  • Powder the oats in a grinder
  • Take oats powder in a bowl
  • Add curd,salt chopped onion,chilli
  • Add little water and keep mixing
  • Make smooth thick paste
  • Make paste like uttapam batter
  • Heat a pan add teaspoon of oil
  • Add ladelful of batter and spread evenly into round shape
  • Let chilla cook on medium flame
  • Once it cook in bottom side spread some oil
  • And flip the chilla
  • Cook other side as well
  • Once both side is cooked turn off the flame
  • Take chilla in serving plate
  • Serve hot chilla with green chutney.
