Ingredients
Serves 3
bananas (preferably frozen) 2 nos
skimmed milk 3 cups
cooked oats 1/2 cups
almonds 1/3 cups
honey 1 tsp
ice 1 cups
cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Directions
Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.
In a blender, blend banana, milk, cooked oats, almonds, honey, ice and cinnamon for 1 minute or until smoothie thickens.
Drink and enjoy!
