Ingredients

Serves 3

  • bananas (preferably frozen) 2 nos

  • skimmed milk 3 cups

  • cooked oats 1/2 cups

  • almonds 1/3 cups

  • honey 1 tsp

  • ice 1 cups

  • cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.

  • 02

    In a blender, blend banana, milk, cooked oats, almonds, honey, ice and cinnamon for 1 minute or until smoothie thickens.
