Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowls oat poha


  • 1/2 bowls moong dal flour


  • 1/2 bowls chopped simala mirch


  • 1/2 bowls chopped tomato


  • 1 tsp green chili paste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 tsp rawa(sugi)


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 tsp red chili paste


  • 4 tsp oil for shallow fry


  • 1/2 bowls curd


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 bowls water

Directions

  • Grind the oat poha in the mixer.
  • Add all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, if required add more water and make a batter of oat pan cake.
  • batter Rest for 10 minutes .
  • Heat the nonstick tawa and spread the batter pan in a circular motion .
  • Sprikel the oil onthe pan cake and cook the both side on the midium flame.
  • Oat pan cake is ready serve with sauce and chatany.
