Ingredients
Serves 3
Oat Poha 1 bowls
Moong Dal Flour 1/2 bowls
Chopped Simala Mirch 1/2 bowls
chopped tomato 1/2 bowls
Green Chili Paste 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Rawa(sugi) 2 tsp
Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Paste 1/2 tsp
Oil for Shallow Fry 4 tsp
Curd 1/2 bowls
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 bowls
Directions
Grind the oat poha in the mixer.
Add all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, if required add more water and make a batter of oat pan cake.
batter Rest for 10 minutes .
Heat the nonstick tawa and spread the batter pan in a circular motion .
Sprikel the oil onthe pan cake and cook the both side on the midium flame.
Oat pan cake is ready serve with sauce and chatany.
