Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Oat Poha 1 bowls

  • Moong Dal Flour 1/2 bowls

  • Chopped Simala Mirch 1/2 bowls

  • chopped tomato 1/2 bowls

  • Green Chili Paste 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Hing 1 pinch

  • Rawa(sugi) 2 tsp

  • Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Paste 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for Shallow Fry 4 tsp

  • Curd 1/2 bowls

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Water 1/2 bowls

Directions

    Grind the oat poha in the mixer.

    Add all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, if required add more water and make a batter of oat pan cake.

    batter Rest for 10 minutes .

  • 04

    Heat the nonstick tawa and spread the batter pan in a circular motion .

  • 05

    Sprikel the oil onthe pan cake and cook the both side on the midium flame.

  • 06

    Oat pan cake is ready serve with sauce and chatany.
