Heat a ghee in a pan add cashewnut,almond and fry till colour change slightly.
Add oats and stir well and saute for a minute till oats colour change.
Now add milk and saffron milk and let it boil.
Once milk started boiling add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
simmer for 2 minutes or till oats become soften.
Turn off the flame after 2 minutes
Oats kheer is ready to serve
