Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups plain oats


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 6-7 nos cashewnuts,


  • 6-7 nos almond, chopped


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp saffron milk

Directions

  • Heat a ghee in a pan add cashewnut,almond and fry till colour change slightly.
  • Add oats and stir well and saute for a minute till oats colour change.
  • Now add milk and saffron milk and let it boil.
  • Once milk started boiling add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
  • simmer for 2 minutes or till oats become soften.
  • Turn off the flame after 2 minutes
  • Oats kheer is ready to serve
  • Serve hot.
